RETURN & REFUND POLICY

The classicfazhions strives to provide a seamless customer experience from the moment users place an order to the moment they initiate a return. You can rely on us as your preferred shopping destination, and you can anticipate a hassle-free experience when returning the product you have ordered while conducting business on the classicfazhion. It is our responsibility to sell products that are of high quality. Our Return and Exchange Policy is straightforward in case you are not happy with your purchase.You can easily return any product that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered through our "Returns Policy".  
RETURN POLICIES FOR APPARELS

Returns must be made within two days of receiving the product.  
Invoices and tags should still be attached to the product, which should be in excellent condition.  
A small amount of wear has been done to ensure that the item fits properly.  
The product should not fall into the fragrance, innerwear, or socks categories.  
You are only returning goods from India.

ELECTRONICS RETURN CONDITIONS

Product received in physically damaged condition.  
Product or parts of the Product or accessory are missing.  
Product should be in its unused, original condition, along with the original invoice or sale receipt, brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.  
Product order differs from what was ordered based on the Product description provided on the Platform.  
"Tamper Evident Void Seals" are included in each of our packages. Please make it clear that you will not accept packages whose seals have been tampered with. You will automatically be disqualified from any returns for products that are physically damaged or defective, the wrong product, or missing accessories if you accept a tampered "Void Seal" or a damaged box.

REFUND

You may request a refund at the time of returning or canceling the products. If we have received payment for the Product, this refund will only be given to you.  
When the items arrive at our warehouse, we will begin the refund process.  
The refund amount may take up to 5-7 business days to appear in your account (depending on your bank) for payments made through Net Banking, credit cards, or debit cards.  
Refunds in cash are not offered by us. Within 7 (seven) working days, you will receive a refund in the original method of payment you selected.  
Any money paid toward shipping or any other fees that may be applicable at any given time will not be refunded to the user.

CANCELLATION

Before a shipment is marked "Out for Delivery," you can cancel it in part or in full. Once a package is marked "Out for Delivery," it can no longer be canceled. You can track your order by clicking a link sent to your email address or by going to the "My Order" section of your Platform account.  
You can cancel a purchase order placed on the Platform under your account's "My Orders" section if you decide against a particular order of the Product(s).  
As long as the order or shipments are not "Out for Delivery," we will attempt to cancel them upon receipt of the cancellation request. Within 5-7 business days of the acceptance of your cancellation request, you will receive an email informing you that your payment for the partial or full order will be refunded.
